We pressed the 6 which is suppose to be the highest and it barely fazed our 3 month old husky puppy. Not to mention it broke after that. One shock and it no longer worked! We even changed out the batteries thinking they just sent us some bad batteries and nope its a dud! Not to mention the company won't return my emails or refund my money so I have wasted $50!
