It performed as stated on the web site. It has clear visibility as cars from about 5 blocks away tend to steer to the other side of the road well in advance (not knowing what the flashing light is). <br />Others think it is cool too. So now my dog is "Joe Cool" of the neighborhood. <br />One thing I would change in the design though: The ring where the leash attaches is limited so it is hard to add all the tags and id for the dog.
