I have a Chihuahua and she wieghs in at a heavy 4pounds.
She had the stuffing out of this toy in less than 24 hours.
Although she still enjoys the outter shell there is no stuffing left to it.

This product was supposed to be strong enough for chewers. It was not. My doxie puppies thrashed it in a day, so sad and exspensive.

My mini doxi is 7 1/2 years old and this is her 3rd bear – she loves this bear so much, we have to get her a new one before we can throw the old ones out. For whatever reason this has always been her favorite toy and she even sleeps with it and when we go away, we have to take to the dog sitter with her.

I am not sure if I “had” the Med or Large for my 18 month old Male Dachshund who Loves anything that squeaks. I do Know I bought at least one size larger than recommended for my 18lb Mini Doxie. I have bought a lot of these Kong brand stuffed toys with extra squeakers just because He loves them. Unfortunately I cannot say I had the success many others have had with their Dogs happy to just Chomp down on it and run around. My little guy has one mission and its to Get inside the Toy and Kill the squeaker! These extra tough Toys made by Kong last maybe 30 minutes tops! It doesn’t help too much having extra squeakers that I ordered even with the extra one enclosed in the package they provide because Once your Dog learns how to finish off his seek and destroy mission it becomes a 5 minute task! For the right kind of docile Chewer I am sure this Toy might be perfect but know your Dog’s habits because replacing these have become expensive for Me. I have learned from one poster taking two old socks and putting a squeaker inside can provide some fun on the cheap! The Kong Classic rubber Toys I can’t say enough how well they hold up but that is another review!

Do not buy this toy if your dog has destroyed every other stuffed or cloth toy. Its the same! Despite being solid under the Kong name, my 6 month old Yellow Lab ripped it to shreds in minutes. Are there any cloth toys out there for Labs?
